RCRA has acted in a professional manner, with proper due diligence to manage a difficult situation. IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY COMPETITORS MISSING THE REQUIRED CURRENT MEMBERSHIPS AND PASSPORTS MUST PURCHASE A TEMPORARY ONE. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY UPHELD - NO EXCEPTIONS!! IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR NEW CARD/STICKER YET, PLEASE BRING YOUR RECEIPT FOR PROOF OF RENEWAL. FOR NEW OEF MEMBERSHIPS - YOU CAN CALL THE OEF OFFICE TO GET YOUR NUMBER, WRITE IT ON THE RECEIPT OF PAYMENT. WE REQUIRE PROOF OF ALL OWNERS AND RIDER MEMBERSHIPS. Equine Canada has changed the structure for drug fees - Horses showing in Bronze classes only will be charged $3.50 - Horses showing in Silver classes, or Silver and Bronze classes will be charged $7.00 DUE TO THE ONGOING PROBLEM WITH SHAVINGS COUNTS - PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT IF YOUR PRE-ORDERED SHAVINGS ARE NOT IN YOUR STALL WHEN YOU ARRIVE AND YOU DO NOT ADVISE THE OFFICE IMMEDIATELY THERE WILL BE NO REFUND. WE CANNOT REIMBURSE FOR PRE-ORDERED SHAVINGS AT THE END OF YOUR SHOW DAY. IF YOU REQUIRE SHAVINGS DURING THE SHOW DAY YOU MUST COME TO THE OFFICE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER SLIP...NO SHAVINGS WILL BE DELIVERED WITHOUT A SLIP SIGNED BY AN OFFICE STAFF MEMBER PLEASE send your entries in early to avoid excessive busy signals and time outs...not to mention post entry fees! The office staff would greatly appreciate getting your entries in as soon as is convenient for you, the more time we have, the better organized we are...Thank You!!
THE MANAGEMENT OF JOKER'S HILL WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES EQUINE CANADA HAS SET FORTH. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT PROOF OF CURRENT REQUIRED MEMBERSHIPS AND PASSPORTS WILL BE REQUIRED AT ALL TRILLIUM SHOWS - PLEASE EITHER BRING YOUR CARDS OR A PHOTOCOPY OF THEM TO ALL SHOWS. WE WILL BE CHARGING AN INCOMPLETE FORM FEE FOR ENTRIES SENT IN WITHOUT ALL THE REQUIRED INFORMATION. ALSO - COACHES/TRAINERS ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED TO SIGN RELEASES FOR COMPETITORS!!! FOR JRS. WE MUST HAVE THE PARENT/GUARDIAN SIGNATURE ON THE ENTRY FORM - FOR ADULTS, WE MUST HAVE THE COMPETITOR'S SIGNATURE ON THE ENTRY FORM. IF WE DO NOT HAVE THE CORRECT SIGNATURES, THE PERSON WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO COMPETE AND WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE ADMINISTRATION FEES AND A SCRATCH FEE! Please note that Equine Canada has set forth extremely stringent rules and regulations regarding membership and passport requirements. Joker's Hill Horse Shows is under obligation to provide the correct information with our results submission. JHHS will be fined and refused sanctioning if we do not comply, therefore we must be very diligent in our efforts to get the accurate information in a timely manner. Please understand that it is not our desire to penalize our competitors, however we must do our utmost to comply with the rules set by Equine Canada. Our next event will be the Joker's Hill Trillium Silver and Bronze Horse Show to be held on February 12-14, 2010. Our prize list and timetable is available for download. Please visit our programs page to download our prizelist, entry forms, stabling forms etc. The schedule is posted on our schedules page. We are working very hard at making the 2010 season of Joker's Hill Shows even more successful than 2009. We plan to have class numbers posted on our website before the show begins within a day or two of the show. We are eager to have your input for further improvements.
