PLEASE NOTE:  NOW THAT THE SPRING IS HERE, WE WILL BE RETURNING TO THE STANDARD RULES OF DRESS AND TURN OUT FOR OUR APRIL TRILLIUM SHOW..ie. show jackets, breeches and boots, braiding, etc.

PLEASE send your entries in early to avoid excessive busy signals and time outs...not to mention post entry fees! We had record numbers of entries come in on the cut off date last month resulting in frustration for many (including the JHHS staff). The office staff would greatly appreciate getting your entries in as soon as is convenient for you, the more time we have, the better organized we are...Thank You!!

We are also providing information on the StarSearch Sport Pony Classes to be offered at our July Trillium Show.

*We are very excited to announce some new classes being offered at our July horse show :*

Class 206 – Pre-Training Jumper Speed 2’6”

Class 207 – Pre-Training Jumper Table A 2’6”

Class 208 – Pre-Training Jumper Table A 2’6”

Class 209 – Joker’s Hill Pre-Training / Training Jumper Medal (2’6” – 2’9”)

Class 210 – Child/Adult / Trillium Hi-Lo Mini Prix  (3’3”  -  3’6”)

The entry fees for these new classes are as follows:

Classes 206 – 208 - $40.00 per class

Prize money will be paid as per the regular Jumper class structure.

Class 209 – $ 25.00

Class 210 - $50.00 – This is a $500.00 class, prize money to be paid as follows:

1^st - $150.00

2^nd - $100.00

3^rd - $95.00

4^th – $85.00

5^th - $70.00

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY COMPETITORS MISSING THE REQUIRED CURRENT MEMBERSHIPS AND PASSPORTS MUST PURCHASE A TEMPORARY ONE.  THIS WILL BE STRICTLY UPHELD - NO EXCEPTIONS!!  IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR NEW CARD/STICKER YET, PLEASE BRING YOUR RECEIPT FOR PROOF OF RENEWAL.  FOR NEW OEF MEMBERSHIPS - YOU CAN CALL THE OEF OFFICE TO GET YOUR NUMBER, WRITE IT ON THE RECEIPT OF PAYMENT.  WE REQUIRE PROOF OF ALL OWNERS AND RIDER MEMBERSHIPS.

WE WILL BE CHARGING AN INCOMPLETE FORM FEE FOR ENTRIES SENT IN WITHOUT ALL THE REQUIRED INFORMATION.

ALSO - COACHES/TRAINERS ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED TO SIGN RELEASES FOR COMPETITORS!!! FOR JRS. WE MUST HAVE THE PARENT/GUARDIAN SIGNATURE ON THE ENTRY FORM - FOR ADULTS, WE MUST HAVE THE COMPETITOR'S SIGNATURE ON THE ENTRY FORM.  IF WE DO NOT HAVE THE CORRECT SIGNATURES, THE PERSON WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO COMPETE AND WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE ADMINISTRATION FEES AND A SCRATCH FEE!

Please note that Equine Canada has set forth extremely stringent rules and regulations regarding membership and passport requirements.  Joker's Hill Horse Shows is under obligation to provide the correct information with our results submission.  JHHS will be fined and refused sanctioning if we do not comply, therefore we must be very diligent in our efforts to get the accurate information in a timely manner.  Please understand that it is not our desire to penalize our competitors, however we must do our utmost to comply with the rules set by Equine Canada.

Our next event will be the annual Joker's Hill Trillium Silver and Bronze Horse Show to be held on July 16, 17, 18 and 19- 2009.  Our prize list and timetable is available for download.  Please visit our programs page to download our prizelist, entry forms, stabling forms etc.  The schedule is posted on our schedules page.  We are working very hard at making the 2009 season of Joker's Hill Shows new and improved.  We plan to have class numbers posted each evening and results on the website within a day or two of the show.  We are eager to have your input for further improvements.
